Before accepting any case under section 138 of NIA what test are required at present. I want reference of case in which it is decided. If possible the copy of judgement of supreme court may also be provided.

i have a query:
i had send a article on "Evolution of Corporate Governance in India and Abroad" to be printed in the CA Student Newsletter. But they sended me a reply letter that my article is not suitable for printing.
my question is that on what basis they choose the article, i have seen some articles which were not so important but printed,

I Read an Artilce in website CAclub india that: The mandatory articleship for aspiring Chartered Accountants in India may soon become less tedious as students may be allowed to work in non-audit companies such as KPOs, asset management companies and hedge funds etc. to complete their articleship. CA students would have an opportunity to work with non audit companies and earn market remuneration during their articleship. Is this news true if yes when it will be applied to the current CA course.
