14 September 2007 A Machine will be placed at customer's site at abroad to complete the specified contract. The Machine will be returned to India on completion of contract. The customer will place a deposit of 50,000 Euro with us.

What are the applicable provisions, procedures & documentation under Customs Act, Foreign Trade Policy, FEMA or any other laws ?
