My father has expired recently. One house is registered in his name. It is given on rent. Now renewal of rent agreement is due. Who can sign renewal rent agreement? Please guide process.

Firstly, you apply for transfer of property in favor all legal heirs name. The applicant should be your mother and add all legal heirs name in that application.
Once all legal heirs name are registered on property card than make POA on your or your mother's name from siblings that you or your mother can rent a property.
Later on you can prepare the rent agreement of the property.
