Hi Everyone,
Can anyone please share the new EPF ECR file/template for September 2026, applicable from 17th September 2026 onwards, after changing the EPF wage ceiling from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000?
I am unable to download the new ECR file from the EPFO portal. If anyone has the latest ECR format/template, kindly share it.

The ECR template is the same. Just amend the wage ceiling amount on a pro rata basis wherever applicable.

We have already made the contribution up to 16th September 2026 with the ₹15,000 wage ceiling, and from 17th September 2026 onwards, we need to apply the revised ₹25,000 wage ceiling.
Could you please let me know how we can make the required changes in the old ECR file and generate/upload the revised ECR file accordingly?

In the ECR Excel template, update the EPF WAGES, EPS WAGES, and EDLI WAGES with the new pro-rata ceiling amount, and the corresponding increase in EPF CONTRI REMITTED, EPS CONTRI REMITTED, and EPF EPS DIFF REMITTED.

Yes. Set wage ceiling to 19667 for 2360.
