A company having 2 units, one branch of company in himchal pradesh in Exemption zone for 10 years and this unit have less than 20 staffs ,so is that company applicable for the Providend Funds Act?? if 2unit getting all the exemption then this unit also get The P.F Exmption too.is it right view of Management?

Dear friends, one of my friends have the resturent in which is proprietor, now he want to open a current account, but all of the bank's are asking for any registration documents with Govt. like Service Tax, Sales Tax, ESI, PF, but he has not registered his proprietorship firm with any of them, now what he has to do for opening the account ?, is there is any department who register proprietorship concern in Delhi, if yes than whater & what is the formalities to complete for that. Waiting for reply. Thnkz in advance.

I have registerd s Pvt. Ltd. company online. i had submited MOA/AOA online also paid stamp duty online now all the procedure are complteted and i got the CIN no. but to open current a/c in bank they ask me for certified copies of MOA/AOA. kindly let me know how do i get these certified copies as uplooad them online.
