A company having 2 units, one branch of company in himchal pradesh in Exemption zone for 10 years and this unit have less than 20 staffs ,so is that company applicable for the Providend Funds Act?? if 2unit getting all the exemption then this unit also get The P.F Exmption too.is it right view of Management?

According to PF & Miscellaneous act PF is applicable to all schedule industries which is listed in gazette notification of India
NOW if any particular industries claim exemption under any laws ok this is right I understand but PF Determination not effected by this claim PF Is the meter of workers welfares and this exemption is not suppress this social security messes
