Form 144 TDS Return Validation Error – Mandatory Fields

While preparing and validating the TDS return in Form 144, I am encountering validation errors stating that certain mandatory fields are either missing or incorrectly populated, despite all the relevant details having been entered.
The error codes are T-FV-4340, T-FV-4341, T-FV-4342 and T-FV-4343, relating to the deductee's email ID, contact number, overseas address and Tax Identification Number. Interestingly, the error message says these fields must not be provided for the relevant nature of remittance.
I have checked the details and also contacted the Webtel support team, who informed me that the issue may be due to a utility error.
Has anyone else encountered the same issue while filing Form 144? If so, please share any workaround or resolution.
