I have registerd s Pvt. Ltd. company online. i had submited MOA/AOA online also paid stamp duty online now all the procedure are complteted and i got the CIN no. but to open current a/c in bank they ask me for certified copies of MOA/AOA. kindly let me know how do i get these certified copies as uplooad them online.

Normally banks require hard copy of MOA/AOA duly certified by one of the directors. In this case you can take a printout of soft copy and get it certified by one of the directors. You can also get certified copy from ROC but it will cost Rs 25/- per page.
