However as auditor I forgot to generate UDIN for the same
Now the report needs to be submitted to one agency

What can be done to rectify the error now for not generating UDIN

23 August 2026 Log into the ICAI UDIN portal, generate the UDIN by entering the original signing date along with the reason for delay, and endorse the generated UDIN on the audit report before submitting it to the agency.
