Actually i am U.P. NOIDA, based co. purchase material from gujrat & sent to Gujrat Vadodara for job work & after completing jobwork, sent material Gujrat to Andhra Pradesh for Sale.. what documents we give to transporter for delivery in A.P.(for no problems in the way)

It seems that you are registered under Gujrat VAT, but not registered with A.P.VAT and directly selling the material on your Gujrat regn. you need following documents to handover the transporter:
1. Your Invoice/Bill
2. Way bill of Andhra Pradesh
