Dear Sir,
Whether TDS U/s 194C is required to be made on Gross bill Amt Including reimbursement of Expenses or excluding reimbursement of expenses.
Whether CBDT has further clarified circular no. 715 Dt,. 08/08/1995 latter on.

TDS needs to be deducted on Gross Bill amount as the section says any some paid or credited.
