Finance Manager- Chartered Accountant

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, analytical, and highly meticulous Chartered Accountant with 3 to 4 years of post-qualification experience to join our team as a Finance Manager / Controller.

Financial Controlling & Reporting: Oversee the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Ind AS.

Costing & Variance Analysis: Conduct detailed manufacturing/plant cost analysis, track budgetary variances, and identify areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the formulation of annual business budgets, rolling forecasts, and capital expenditure (CapEx) tracking.

Internal Controls & Audits: Maintain and strengthen internal financial controls (IFC), manage standard operating procedures (SOPs), and lead statutory, internal, and tax audit processes.
