whether participation fee in NCQC is TDS deductable ? if not kindly let me know under which sec TDS is not deductable for the participation Fee for NCQC (National Convention On Quality Concepts)?

TDS is not applicable on same under any section. TDS u/s 194J is attracted on professional fees and participation fee does not fall in that category.
