One query regarding ITR 2... Does schdule hp (house property) apply to me even if I am having no income from any house(s) owned by me? I mean do I need to declare my house details that I own even if I am making no income from it in Schedule HP of ITR 2?

Yes you need to declare your house details that you own even if you are making no income from it in Schedule HP of ITR 2.

But Sir, here I have a query - if there is no Income / Loss from House Property which is owned by me, what is the need to declare the same in Schedule for House Property. If we left it blank, it may be presumed that there is no Income.

Up to two houses you can declare as self occupied. you have to declare income from third house even if it's not let out.
