03 June 2026 A two-wheeler does not qualify as a "goods carriage" under the Motor Vehicles Act, meaning a service provider using one does not qualify as a GTA; therefore, their services are subject to forward charge tax and do not attract the Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) applicable to GTA services.
