Qualification:
1. For Semi-Qualified CS (Any one of the conditions below):
ICSI Professional passed students who have yet to complete their training + appearing in December 2026, not June 26
Candidates who have completed 21 months of training with the CS Professional exam pending (appearing in December 2026), not June 26

2. For CS Management Trainee, all condition applicable as below:
Candidates who have completed the CS Executive Program.
Currently completing or about to complete the 30-

Skills Required

MCA Filings: Filing forms, returns, and documents with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
Secretarial Work: Maintaining statutory registers, preparing agendas, notices, and minutes for Board Meetings and AGMs.
Drafting: Assisting with resolutions, agreements, and legal documents.
Compliance Management: Tracking deadlines and maintaining compliance calendars.
