Job Description

As a Senior Associate, you will be actively involved in:
• Handling GST litigation matters including SCNs, audits, and appeals
• Drafting replies, representations, and legal submissions
• Conducting legal research on GST law, notifications, circulars & case laws
• Assisting in departmental proceedings and hearings
• Reviewing GST compliances from a litigation-risk perspective
• Client coordination and technical advisory

Skills Required

CA / Law Graduate / CMA / CS
• 2–4 years of practical GST / Indirect Tax experience
• Prior experience in a CA firm or tax consultancy
• Strong drafting, analytical, and legal interpretation skills
• Serious interest in GST litigation and advisory
• Based in Kolkata or willing to work from Kolkata
