ABC Pvt limited company appointed A as statutory auditor for F.Y 2008-09.Howver due to some personal reason A is not conducting the statutory Audit. Can ABC appoint any other CA to carry out the audit? If yes what is the process.
Secondly can company appoint any CA to carry out tax audit and is it necessary to record minutes. Also if new CA does TAX Audit this year than does he need to take approval from earlier CA?.

My attempt is due in november 2009 and my articleship period will complete on 31 august 2010.will i be eligible to join industrial training in such case.I want to do job after qualifying as CA so what will be more beneficial industrial training or training in CA Firm.
one thing more who imparts industrial traing i mean how would i get info about it where to search a good one so that tomorrow it will enhance my value.

Or compulsariliy maintain of books of accounts.

I have salary income from finland for the year 2007-08. After considering the income in india. I have tax liability, now considering the tax paid in finland i have refund of taxes. My query is can i claim excess amount as refund in my income tax return.
Eg.: Total taxable income 10L.
tax for f.y. 2007-08 256470.00
total tax paid (including tds in india & tax paid in finland) Rs. 292000.00
Can i claim Rs. 35530.00 as refund of income tax in my return of income.

My known is suffering from 10% disability as per certificate of civil surgeon. I just want to know that whether he will be eligible for Deduction of Rs.50000 or not. As in Section 80DD, minimum disability percentage mentioned is 40%.. but nothing as such being mentioned under Section 80U.. So please help me out as soon as possible...
Is form 16 required if no tax is deducted at source(In cases where tax payable is nil).In that case can we file the return based on salary statement as form 16 is not available.
