Appointment of director who is not in India

We have incorporated a company 15 days before in Pune.
our both of the Directors are Korean and are in India.
Now we want to appoint one more director who is in korean and now in korea.
I need the procedure and what kind of documents are required to be file to R.O.C.

1. U hav to get the DIN for foreign Director.

2. Pass a Board Resolution to appoint him as Additional Director

3. File Form 32 within 30 days of appointment.
