Can car Loan be taken for exemption under income tax?

Dear Sir,

We have recd a goods from the party. Polyester Texturised Yarn (5402 3300) which is exempted to the party against Notification no 30/2004.

We have purchase the goods they had not charge excise on such those goods while we want to sell the goods to another party should we have to charge excise or not...????

One person has said me u can clear the goods as Goods removed as such clearance Under Rule 3(5)..
Is it Right?????

I want to know the custom classification of a mobile cover which is made of plastic and man made fibre.

As far as I have researched the classification is under 4202 but can someone confirm it.

p.s these mobile covers are similar to flip covers we see in mobiles and partially made out of plastic and partially out of fibre

I.e. Recently MCA asks the proof for registered office. How is it possible to produce the proof in the name of Company before incorporation?
Normally what type of proof can be submitted as proof of regd office?
