plz give some suggestion that m taking transfer from my previous firm nd jis firm me ja rai hu usme bank audit nd internal audit hai nd another offer is ak office me job mil rai hai jisme account ka sara work muje karna hai so plz suggest me should i take transfer in new firm or take dummy to join ofc

Don't go for Dummy,
Its better to join a mid range firm and in last year of articleship you can go for Industrial training..
But I strongly recommend don't go for dummy artilceship...
