I wish to clarify the following doubt
I.e. Recently MCA asks the proof for registered office. How is it possible to produce the proof in the name of Company before incorporation?
Normally what type of proof can be submitted as proof of regd office?

Yes, it is possible, Now after making amendment in Form-18, the MCA has given liberty to company who has got approval of name can enter into lease agreement with premises owner.

Form-18 Attachment- If Premises is on Lease

(a) Lease/rent agreement
(b) any proof that such premises is owned by that company, like, electricity bill, water supply bill.

If Premises is owned by Director

(a) NOC from director
(b) (b) any proof that such premises is owned by that director, like, electricity bill, water supply bill, passport, voter ID card.
(c) Lease/rent agreement
