My Humble request for clarification of query is about deduction u/s 80EE. Detail of case is as under
1. Person is not having any House Property on the date of sanction of Housing Loan.
2. Loan sanctioned is Rs. 25,00,000/-
3. Person has applied for LDA (Lucknow Development Authority) Flat.
4. LDA will provide him Flat for Rs. 37.50 Lacs
5. Flat is Under Construction and (construction period is 30 months).
Query: Deduction u/s 80EE can be given/availed without "Possession/ownership of HP" (During construction period) or not? Please provide your valuable suggestions, thanks in advance.

1. We have to do GMCS 2 during the last year of Articleship. But during industrial training we are not allowed to take leave for more days. Then how to do GMCS 2?
2. How do we get leave for doing ADVANCED ITT?

I have filed my IT return with refund for AY 2013-14, by mistaken i filled wrong TAN no. after assessment i got intimation from CPC for Tax demand to pay. then after i filed revised return with correct TAN. For filing of revised return also i got receipt from CPC. but still i didn't get my refund. Am i did correct or have to do any other procedure. should i pay demand or will get refund. Please advice what can i do for.

Sir, I have taken Home Loan to purchase flat in Pune in Aug 2011 (FY 2011-12). I got possession in Feb 2014 (FY 2013-14). Bank provided Interest certificate for FY 2011-12 (as Pre-EMI), FY 2012-13 (as Pre-EMI) and FY 2013-14 (as EMI). Please guide me 1) How will I calculate I-T rebate of interest duduction after possesion for FY 2013-14? 2) As my flat was in possession in Feb 2014, shall I take into consideration of Pre-constrution EMI interest (i.e. aggregate of from Aril 2013 to Jan 2014 for current FY 2013-14 and previous two years) or Pre-EMI as stated by bank ? 3) I am staying in Nasik in rented flat. I plan to give flat in pune immediately on rent from March 2014. My interest for the current FY exceeds 2.3 lakh, can I claim full deduction of interest from rental income as I am givng flat on rent ? or only 1.5 Lakh ? If I'm gonna claim unlimited interest for FY 2013-14, Is it correct that income from property will be only for 1 or 2 months (i.e. Feb and March 2014) rental value (for let out property) since I got possession in the month of Feb. 2014? A company made sales in last year and collect vat on that sale and deposit...but in current year the customer return the goods...now my question is that company can deduct the vat amount that paid at the time of sale from current year payable on sales. Thank u.

I am an automobile dealer. Recently the excise duty on passanger car has been reduced to 8 % from 12 %. Our company sent us a new price list reflecting the excise reduction. Now my question is
1. Can our company claim for excise refund on our behalf on the stock that I was having in my dealership which I have already purchased from the company at old excise rate.
2. Can our company also claim for CST refund because of the excise reduction.
