Sir, i am planning to buy a new house in flat system apartment having permission for three floors. but I liked the flat on fourth floor. Buider promised me that he will get permission from municipal corporation in one month by purchasing fsi from another open land sale and attaching the fsi to this floor.

Please be sure that the builder does have the ownership over the premises which you are buying. Generally builders promises a lot but it never happens and in case the builder fails to get the permission then the purchased made by you becomes ille
