26 February 2014 Sir, i am planning to buy a new house in flat system apartment having permission for three floors. but I liked the flat on fourth floor. Buider promised me that he will get permission from municipal corporation in one month by purchasing fsi from another open land sale and attaching the fsi to this floor.
Sir, can you please tell me that is it legal. If legal, please guide me what precautions should I take before buying the flat. thanking you. Dr.shivdas. 9030798307.
