Can I hav both exemption in LOan and HRA if yes what conditions .pl help -thanx-patro

Yes you can avail HRA exemption as well as deduction for housing loan.
For this you will have to show that you are staying on rent and you have let out your own house on rent.

Yes rent receipts and PAN number of landlord is required. PAN is required only if the rent paid exceeds Rs. 1 lakhs per annum.
