I am doing vat for Karnataka vat. When i was logging i putted wrong password more then 15 times. Now my account was blocked.After that I have got correct. But it shows your account blocked it will be unblocked tomorrow from three days. could you please suggest me how to open the account.

hello, i filed form dir - 11 for resignation of directors but after few days i check signatory, name is still appears of resigned director. what is this???
after filing dir 11 i am not able to file dir 12. kindly suggest what to do?

I Have long term capital gain on building after indexation of Rs. 570820/- and income from other sources is 83000/- ihave invested in Lic & P P F rs. 100000/- i got only 83000/- for deduction u/s 80C they does not give me deduction from long term capital gain Does it fair ? is deduction not allowed U/s. 80C in case of Long term Capital gain ?
