Searching articleship

I m new in delhi n searching articleship. I have done graduation n passed both groups of IPCC in first attempt. Is there any provisions in icai for ladies in searching good firms or shall I visit icai for counseling. Plz share

Income tax refund status rt40 feed

Dear Sir,

My tax refund have been approved and sent it to refund banker. My bank Central Bank account number is 17 digit. But State Bank of India unable to pay the amount to my account and I have seen refund status "RT40 Feed Unpaid"

Can you suggest me what can I do for that.

As 8% specified in 44ad is minimum %.
can i assume morethan 8%...??

Capital gain

Dear Sir

I have purchased an industrial land in rajasthan for Rs 10 lakh from Rajasthan Development Authority. As per terms of payment, i have opted to pay in EMI and i have paid Rs 2 Lakh as interest. The total amount paid is Rs 12 lakh.

Now i have sold the plot at Rs 13 lakh.

Question is:
1. What is the capital gain?
2. What will the treatment of interest paid to rajasthan authority?

Chaging mvat on lease item

dear sir we are arranging walkie talkies on hire basis to our clients on tax view we are charging mvat @5%. one of the client is asking us why u r charging mvat instead of service tax. we clearly explained on mvat act . but customer is not convinced . pls provide act copy and section
