Dear Sir
As per companies act, 2013, board meeting should have maximum difference of 120 Days.
Does this mean that First board meeting can be held till 30/07/2014 for F.Y. 2014-15.

No. It does not mean that.
120 days will be calculated from last board meeting.
For example date of last BM was March 01, 2014 then you should hold your next BM upto June 29, 2014.
