I want know about sale against h form
and what is the procedure in dvat from seller side . would seller be liable to pay any tax for sale against h form

If purchaser intend to export the goods, then seller may raise the invoice without charging the VAT/CST against H form.

seller has to collect the form H from purchaser. If he fails to collect, he has to pay the tax and interest.
