Multiple trade mark

This query is : Resolved

Quick Summary
A company can't usually register multiple brand names in one trademark application, even in the same class. Separate applications are required unless the marks qualify as a 'series mark' with only minor variations.

23 April 2026 Dear Experts,
A pvt ltd co has multiple brand Name in same class, can we register multiple brand name in same class in single application?

Or we have to file separate application for each separate brand Name?

Pls guide?....
ASAP

23 April 2026 Normally, no. If you have multiple different brand names in the same class, you should file separate trademark applications for each brand name. A single application is generally for one mark. Only in a limited case, where the marks qualify as a series mark with only minor permissible variations, can combined filing be considered. So unless your marks are a true series, separate applications should be filed.

23 April 2026 Sir, can you please help us with some illustrative series mark with minor variations
