my ca final exam is due in may 2014 can anyone sujest me a best ref. books for exam preparations

My Commencement date of articleship is 27 August 2013 and franking date on the form is 21st September 2013 and I submitted the form in the institute on 17th October 2013 and now on 23 November 2013 I got a letter from the institute regarding Late Submission of form and they are asking for a reason in letter for the delay with fine of rs 100 please help as soon as possible.

Sir,I recently recieved my articlship registration letter which stated i am registered for "articleship and ipcc group-2"
Now i was previously registered for both groups of ipcc only w.e.f 31st july 2009.
so i was thinking about getting my registration renewed since it would expire this year.
I am just confused now whether to revaldate my registration or is that taken care of when i registered for articleship?

hi.this is dileep.I actually eligible for november 2014 attempt.but due to articles termination and re joining,i have not completed 2.5 years of articleship as on 1.11.2014 (2 months shortage).If i pay the exam fee of ca final for november 2014 attempt. admit card will be issued to me or not.i will eligible for november 2014 attempt or not.

What is the procedure for transfer of articleship within 1 yr

i have received stipend in cash for 5 months and after that i took transfer from that ca firm and joined another..while submitting form 109 i have left blank the details of bank account, since i have no bank account at that time...now icai have send letter to furnish report of stipend to my previous employer....what can be done to encounter this promblem

is there any panelty if the student has not completed his gmcs1 program with in a 1 year of articleship????????/

CFA from ICFAI university is good for future prospectus in addition to ca,icwa,cs

what type of work generally he can handle provided he does not want to join practice of any institute but want to do job but he is member of all the institute i.e. CA,ICWA,CS,ICFAI(MIFA).
