hi i m an mba and want to register for Ipcc under direct entry schme. Should i register for Ca only paying Rs7000 or should apply for both registration and articleship simultaneously paying Rs 11000.Please help

My 1st year of article training will complete on feb'14, Whether i will be eligible to appear in the exam to be held in may'14 without completing GMCS 1....Is there any impact on result if i will be allowed to appear in exam..????

Hello, I completed articleship in a CA firm for 1 year and 2months now, i.e I completed my first year on 10.10.2013.
I badly want to take a transfer from the current firm that i'm working and my boss is ok with it. Since ive completed one year here and do not fall under any of the transfer conditions stated by the Inst,

Can i instead consider this :

* To get my Form 109 signed as on 09.10.2013
and register in another CA firm as on 15.10.2013 or so(with the concern of new principle)but today is 30.11.2013

what is the penalty for late submission of Registration forms to the ICAI?

my 3 years of articles will be completed on 28/02/2014. and i have excess leave of 90 days. I want to serve this excess period after may 2014 exams under same principal or new principal. is it possible ??

If yes on 28/02/2014 whether i should file form 108 along with form 107 (in case serving excess leave with same principal ), or form 103 & 102(in case serving excess leave with new principal)
or
on 28/02/2014 we should file form 108 alone and rest all other form should file after may exams

I have completed my PE-II (Inter CA) in 2007. At now, I am doing service in Paschim Gujarate Vij Company Ltd(PGVCL). which is Gujarat State organisation. The tenure of service is 10:30 AM to 06:10 PM. I have requested to my company to grant a leave for articalship but there are no provision for 3-years leave in our organisation. So, Please reply me that

Are there any provision in ICAI that I can appear in Final exam of CA without Articalship or to do articalship after or before office hour ?

i have taken leave for final exam from 1/07/2013 to 25/11/2013

how many no of days i have taken leave whether 148 days (or)

148-(16 weekdays i e., sundays)-(16 Examination daays)=116 days.

Note: how many leaves i should take whether 148 or 116 in calculation of excess leeave
i e;. Total leaves taken (other than weekdaays)

In icai regulation it has written that, No restriction in first year if you want to transfer, What does it mean ? you can transfer 3 to 4 firms in 1st yr. please clarify.
