Transfer and termination of articleship

In icai regulation it has written that, No restriction in first year if you want to transfer, What does it mean ? you can transfer 3 to 4 firms in 1st yr. please clarify.

Icai not given limitation on number of transfers student can take as many as youcan...

No restriction means icai will not have anyobjection to allow student transfer application if he is with in one year of articleship...

You just need your boss signature in form 109 for transfer of articleship...no need to give any reason to icai..however after completion of 1 yr articleship you should have valid reason for transfer and icai prior permission to take transfer
