Serving of excess leave under new principal

30 November 2013 my 3 years of articles will be completed on 28/02/2014. and i have excess leave of 90 days. I want to serve this excess period after may 2014 exams under same principal or new principal. is it possible ??

If yes on 28/02/2014 whether i should file form 108 along with form 107 (in case serving excess leave with same principal ), or form 103 & 102(in case serving excess leave with new principal)
or
on 28/02/2014 we should file form 108 alone and rest all other form should file after may exams

30 November 2013 Dear Shravani,

It is advisable that you account for the leave to be taken between 29/02/2014 and the exam days and accordingly fill Form 107 for 90 days plus the period between 29 Feb and May. So fill Form 108 and 107 on 28 Feb 2014.
