Chartered Accountant (FP&A)

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with 4–5 years of post-qualification experience in
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;). The ideal candidate will have expertise in budgeting,
forecasting, management reporting, and business financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Analyze financial performance.
• Develop management reports and MIS.
• Monitor budget vs actuals.
• Support financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Partner with business teams.
• Improve planning and reporting processes.
• Support strategic initiatives.

Skills Required

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• 4–5 years of post-qualification experience in FP&A.;
• Strong exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• ERP/reporting tools preferred.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
