30 November 2013 Hello, I completed articleship in a CA firm for 1 year and 2months now, i.e I completed my first year on 10.10.2013.
I badly want to take a transfer from the current firm that i'm working and my boss is ok with it. Since ive completed one year here and do not fall under any of the transfer conditions stated by the Inst,

Can i instead consider this :

* To get my Form 109 signed as on 09.10.2013
and register in another CA firm as on 15.10.2013 or so(with the concern of new principle)but today is 30.11.2013

what is the penalty for late submission of Registration forms to the ICAI?

01 December 2013 here is no penalty for late submission of Form 109. You may submit the backdated form. But how ICAI will see it is something we cannot comment on.

With regards to new registration, backdating it might not be that easy as you need to buy the non-judicial stamp paper or affix franking.

01 December 2013 try and buy old stamp paper. that should work out.
