What action does ICAI will take if i will not do GMCS 1 within 1 year article training....
My 1st year of article training will complete on feb'14, Whether i will be eligible to appear in the exam to be held in may'14 without completing GMCS 1....Is there any impact on result if i will be allowed to appear in exam..????

At present no penalty is prescribed but there are chances that in near future they will come out with penal provisions.
