01 December 2013 What action does ICAI will take if i will not do GMCS 1 within 1 year article training....
My 1st year of article training will complete on feb'14, Whether i will be eligible to appear in the exam to be held in may'14 without completing GMCS 1....Is there any impact on result if i will be allowed to appear in exam..????

01 December 2013 At present no penalty is prescribed but there are chances that in near future they will come out with penal provisions.

01 December 2013 Wait for Institute notification thereon.

Generally, the Institute has not defined any penalty for not completing GMCS in time.
