Reason for late submission of form 102 & 103

Hi SIr
My Commencement date of articleship is 27 August 2013 and franking date on the form is 21st September 2013 and I submitted the form in the institute on 17th October 2013 and now on 23 November 2013 I got a letter from the institute regarding Late Submission of form and they are asking for a reason in letter for the delay with fine of rs 100 please help as soon as possible.

Yes, you will pay additional fine of Rs. 100/-.
Give the reason which is suitable for you.
The requests for condonation should be accompanied by the appropriate forms, alongwith prescribed fee, by way of Demand Draft/Local Account Payee Cheque, drawn in favour of The Secretary, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, payable at the cities where the Decentralised Offices of the Institute are located. The applicants are requested to enclose all relevant information/documents necessary for condonation, alongwith the fee.
The letter will be send to DCO Head.
