Dear Sir,
I have rejoined CA Inter / IPCC during the month of March 2013 under Revalidation scheme announced in Jan 2013
Further please note that i already completed my articleship period of 3 years in 2001 & also got the elibility certificate for appearing of Intermediate Exam both groups.
Hence, Let me know the IT training 100 hours applicable or not for me under the revalidation scheme.

I think in your case 100 hours ITT doesn't apply but applies 250 hours of CCT training(means computer training course before to ITT), in case earlier you didn't completed that 250 Hours training then required to complete 100 hours ITT now.
