plz help me regarding my CS 15 months training

My ca final attempt is in Nov 2015... so can you please help me in giving me a guide as to the order in which the subjects. are to be studied....(I have not started studies of ca final till now). Also please suggest some reference books for all subjects which are easy to understand ....

Dear experts I have reg.in direct IPCC in Aug'13. And I have started my Article ship in October'13 because of some reasons I will not able to give my attempt in nov'14. So can I give my attempt in may'15??? plz give the ans ASAP.

i m registered for ipcc direct entry on 25-9-12. till date i didnt given orientation program. i got mail from institute for non completion of orientation. they said last date for it is 31-12-13. if l didn't clear they will cancel my articalship ...

Hello is there any possibility of postpone of may 2014 exams because of parliament election. It happened in past years or not.?

Please provide me information about the following
I have completed 2.5 years of articles period and i have gone for medical leave for a period of more than 3 months as i have met with an accident. At present i want to take termination of articles as my office is far away from my residence and it is very difficult for me to do up and down to office. as in any case i want to take termination. And send me the procedure for termination also.

Note: I have already gone under medical leave for morethan 3 months.

a student joined in a CA firm for his article-ship & submit Form-103 with the institute. but later on its comes to know that the CA has not vacancy to absorb that student as his article for which the registration latter has not been sent to that student. but the student usually goes office in all working days as he should.later on the CA transfer that student 2 getting registered with his another partner but after 2, 3 month its come to know that the partner has also no vacancy to absorb.it is almost 1 year to end in this process

what will be the consequences for the CA & the student.can the CA make registered the student with any other CA firm from the 1st day of joining..please give me solution in this regard

I have registered with ICAI WIRC branch for GMCS course in August 2013. and my last due date for GMCS is that December 2013.

But, as per ICAI notification GMCS batch will commence on 24th December ( approx) due to no strength of student

so tell me for any penalty for not completed GMCS within time period as per ICAI norms & regulation.
