We are seeking Article Assistant for an on-site Article ship role in Bengaluru. This position offers valuable exposure to statutory and internal audits, direct and indirect taxation, bookkeeping, financial statement finalisation, and corporate law compliance. The ideal candidate will have passed both groups of the CA Intermediate examination.
As an Article Assistant, you will get hands-on exposure across various domains, working directly with Qualified Chartered Accountants and Senior Managers:
Statutory & Internal Audit: Assisting in planning, field audits, checking internal controls, draft audit reports, and ensuring compliance with Accounting Standards (AS/Ind AS).
Direct Taxation: Preparing and filing Income Tax Returns (ITRs) for individuals, firms, and corporates; assisting with tax audits (Form 3CD) and assessment proceeding
