Dear Sir I am providing the detail fact of the case: One of my client is registered the Service tax registration certificate (2009-10) but he not file the service tax return for the all year. Now he want to surrender the service tax registration certificate. Please help me how I have to proceeds.

You can do the same bu submitting following documents
1. File all ST Returns upto date
2. Sworn an Affidavit to pay any tax demand arising in future.
