I have a Pvt Ltd company, which was registered in 2004 with registered capital of 5 Lakhs, and paid-up capital of 1 lakhs. As per MCA records, date of my last balance sheet is 31/03/2006. Now, I have got DIN approved, and I am willing to make records up-to-date.

Can you please tell me how much I need to pay (total) as penalty for late return filing with ROC.

Please note that while conversion of my company from Private to Public we appointed the Director Finance as the Executive Director and sub category as Director instead of Whole time director by defaut in my Form 32. How to rectify the error.

Can a central government employee can be the director a any company

We have recently filed a form 32 wherein we changed the designation of my promoter director in to non executive director. The said director do not possess and professional qualification. Further as the company has adequate profits the company as per section 309(4) is undertaking cent govt approval for paying any further remuneration to the said director and as per income tax act would deduct tax under 194J.
Kindly correct if i m wrong in my interpretations.

Can a company invest its paid up capital and free reserves into another company

can a pvt company have only 2 directors and both are additional directors. Is there any difference in the rights and duties of Directors as compared to additional directors

An X Company having 2 Directors wishes to appoint 2 Additional Directors. Within a Day of their Appointment the existing 2 Directors want to resign from the Board. Is it Possible for the Board to consist of only 2 Additional Directors?
