27 March 2011 Hi,

Can you explian revised schedule VI of Companie Act,1956 is applicable for preparation of final accounts of F.Y 2010-11 or F.Y 2011-12 ?

27 March 2011 It has been confirmed that Ministry of Corporate Affairs while addressing the Council of ICAI on 24/03/2011 has agreed to postpone the applicability of the new Schedule VI to Fy 2011-12. Details will be uploaded to MCA site soon.
