28 March 2011 A company incorporated on 12.12.2010, need to hold its 1st AGM with 18 months from the date of incorporation & file annual return in e-Form 20 B with in 60 days from the date of AGM.

1st ROC return to be filed is depends on the occurring of events like. Allotment of shares (Form 2), Increase of authorized capital (form 5), Appointment of Director/MD (FORM 32). etc.
