27 March 2011 i want to incorporate a new company in which my wife will be the first dieecor as well as subcriber i applied for getting the din no of my wife but it was rejected on account of fathers name is not matched with the id proof which was attached with the application.i attached the passport copy as a id proof and residence proof.as we know that the fathers name is mentioned in the residence address proof page and i dont any more proof in which fathers name is mentioned after marriage my name is attached as last name so can u help me how to get the din no when no proof of father name is available.

27 March 2011 Hi,

For applying to DIN all the details should be given/provided with atmost care.

We should not give any extra details especially Date of birth place,PAN no.,Driving license No. which is not mandatory.

If her fathers name is not mentioned in Passport properly or not mentioned at all you need to prepare a affidavit and get it notarized by a lawyer and post the necessary documents to the DIN Cell.

27 March 2011 DIN application rules have changed from today. If you contact a chartered accountant or cost accountant or company secretary he can now file DIN application for anyone and he will get the instant approval for the DIN.
