28 March 2011 There are seperate RBI regulations for registering as an NBFC, Chirt-fund, financing institution etc. Please refer the respective regulations / guidelines for complete detail. Also it is advisable to visit your local RBI office for further help in the matter. Also please be clear about the format of financing your company is interested in.
