I required the affidavit of the director at the time of incorporation of the company as the same has asked by the ROC to submit as one of the document for resubmission.

Are the provisions of holding & Sub. s applicable to Private Companies aldo. I mean Suppose a Pvt.Ltd. company acquires more than 50% or is WOS or controls the composition of BOD Is the holding co. required to comply the provions of sec. 212.

can a pvt. co. adopt the 3 years b/s in same agm as the b/s was not prepared for two years 2008-09 and 2009-10 becoz the books was not available and two years AGM was held on 30.09.2009 and 30.09.2010 without adopting the b/s.

My company is dormant it has received notice from ROC towards non filing of B/s and Annual Returns. Further there is Charge is subsisting charge on the assets of the company. The status of the comapny is dormant on mca.gov.in. Please guide me what can i do now? Should i submit a letter in ROC or what should i do?

i want to know that as DIN 4 has to be certified by a PCS but there is a option to certify DIN 4 also by a CS in full time employment of a co in which the applicant who is filing DIN 4 is a director...


i want to know if a person is director as well as a CS in full time employment of a same co then whether he can certify DIN 4 for himself or in that case certication should be done by PCS ???

and one more thing how to know whether a particular director has filed his DIN 4 for intimation of PAN ? is there is any way out to know that ??? pls reply ASAP
