Dear Sir,
For passing the resolution, whether it is required to signed by all/majority director in each resolution? OR Resolution can be passed only signed by one director/chairman of the meeting in each resolution.
and also guide me in the AGM for passing the any resolution how many shareholder is required to signed on the resolution paper?
whether it is possible for passing the resolution signed only by the chairman of the meeting?

Signature of all the members and directors are to be taken in the attendance register. The minutes is signed by the Chairman and a copy the same is sent under the seal and signature of any of the directors or the Managing Director.
