07 September 2011 can a pvt. co. adopt the 3 years b/s in same agm as the b/s was not prepared for two years 2008-09 and 2009-10 becoz the books was not available and two years AGM was held on 30.09.2009 and 30.09.2010 without adopting the b/s.
