Can anybody please guide as to whether Form 23B has to be filed in case of reappointment of the auditor

The intimation to the Registrar is to filed
electronically by the re appointed auditor , as well,in Form No. 23B within 30 days of
his / her re appointment. The obligation to give notice to the Registrar is cast only on
the auditors appointed under sub-section (1) of section 224 of the Companies Act,1956.
